Branding - It's Not Just for Cows!

Your company logo is not the only thing that makes your brand. The service you provided to your customers and your reputation are part of your brand too.

If you believe your current customer base, how many of your clients or customers, you have been referred from your previous customers? If you answered "No", you're not cutting the mustard!
