Music - The Heart Healer

Aarohi: Ascending notes. Here each note is higher than the previous note.
Example: Sa Re Ga Ma Pa DHA,Neither

Avaroha: descending notes. Here each note is lower than the previous note.
Example: Ni, DHA, Pa, Sa Re Ga Ma
